I HIT MY GOAL WEIGHT FOR MY WEDDING DAY!
I’ve always been a healthy weight, a healthy size and stayed relatively active. However, I had my wedding day fast approaching and like most girls, we always want to lose those last few kilograms to look perfect on our special day. I started the accountability program to track my food and started taking my training a little more seriously. Before I knew it, those last few kilos came off and I felt better than ever walking into my wedding day!
