Group sessions are from $18 per session
Personal Training sessions are $50 per session
How does your group pricing structure work?
Simply decide how many permanent sessions you would like per week (e.g. three sessions per week). Then decide how many months you are wanting to commit for (e.g. three, six or 12 months). This will give you a direct debit rate per month. If you join for 12 months group sessions are $18 per session
Is the Start Up rate a generic joining fee?
Absolutely not. This is not a fee like most gyms out there are charging just because they can.
Your Start Up includes three x one-hour, one-on-one sessions:
- Personal consultation
- Cardio induction session
- Toning induction session
It also includes your MZ-3 MYZONE belt, our exclusive 50-page weight loss guide and a follow-up consultation four weeks after you commence training with us.
Can I do a trial before I join?
Due to the unique and personalised nature of the Body MBrace program, it is very important that we take you through our one on one induction process to teach you how our training system works – even if you are an experienced exerciser.
This is to reduce your chance of injury; ensure you understand the concepts involved and to determine the correct values on the heart rate monitor you’ll be using while training with us.
However, we do offer a two-week trial of our cardio sessions for $50. This includes a one-on-one induction so we can show you how the sessions are run and explain and calibrate your heart rate monitor.
How can I view your group session timetable?
Just send us an email requesting our most up to date schedule and we will get back to you within a few hours.
To give you an idea, we run sessions at 6 and 6:30am, 9 and 9:30am, 5pm-7pm and Saturday mornings.
Is BMB right for me?
Only you can answer that question. However, if you goals are to lose weight, tone up, improve your wellbeing and be part of a family where you feel included and supported, then we think you already know the answer!
I am nervous about starting, am I fit enough?
The old days of generic group exercise programs are gone.
Now it doesn’t matter who you are, or what level of fitness you are at because you are monitored individually. Better yet, you get to experience all of the benefits that exercising in a group offers. An unbeatable combination.
I haven’t exercised in a long time, how am I going to keep up with the rest of the group?
The great news is that YOU DON’T HAVE TO! No one has to keep up with anyone else during our sessions.
Before we had access to the MYZONE system, we had no choice but to use generic group exercise programing to try and cater for the ‘average person’. But what about those people who cant keep up with the rest of the group? Or what about those people who are at a more elite level of fitness than the rest of the group? We were unable to cater for the extremes.
Now it doesn’t matter who you are, or what level of fitness you are at because you are monitored individually. And better yet, you now get to experience all of the benefits that exercising in a group offers but at the same time, get monitored as an individual. An unbeatable combination!

I have never been to a gym before. How will I know what to do?
Don’t worry, you aren’t expected to know what to do. Before you even think about attending your first group training session, we take you through a three-phase process to get you ready. This includes a consultation to discuss your goals and objectives, a cardio induction session and a toning session. These one-on-one inductions ensure you get the personal attention you need. By the end of the process you’ll feel comfortable and know exactly what to expect when you begin the group sessions, reduce your risk of injury, and be on track to achieve your goals.
How can I achieve so much in just 30 minutes of exercise?
During your session you will be performing exercises that utilize your entire body at an individual intensity that is designed to stimulate your metabolism. After you complete this type of workout, calories (energy) are needed to return your body to a resting state and adapt it to the exercise just performed. This process is known as EPOC (Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption) or ‘After-burn’.
Once a state of EPOC is achieved, your body will continue to burn more calories after your session as it tries to recover from the activity just performed. This includes hormone balancing, replenishment of fuel stores, cellular repair, fueling the body’s increase in metabolism due to the increase in body temperature and many more bodily processes. This means that if you exercise at the right intensity (for you) – which we make sure of, you continue to burn calories up to 36 hours after your workout. With the MYZONE system we will be making sure that you will, individually, be exercising at the ideal intensity (for you) which will allow you to burn just as many calories whilst recovering as you did working out!
How do your session bookings work?
We believe making exercise a part of your lifestyle is the first step to achieving your goals. The last thing we want is a situation where our clients forget to book themselves into their sessions for the week and when they remember, it’s too late and all of their preferred session times are full. This throws their routine out the window.
To prevent this from EVER happening, we DON’T use a first in best dressed system. Rather, we book our clients into what we call permanent sessions. Like an appointment, you are booked into them indefinitely and no one else can take them from you. This also helps with building a cohesive, comfortable and social environment as you find yourself exercising with the same group of people each session. Lifelong friendships have been formed because of this model and that is something we are proud of.
We also understand that life can throw curve balls at times and there will be
occasions where you are unable to attend your permanent session times. DON’T STRESS!. As long as you give two hours’ notice, you can go onto the BMB app, cancel your booking and use that session another time. You are also able to change your permanent session times at any point during your time with us, provided there is availability.
How do I get started?
Before you attend your group sessions, we take you through a 3-phase process to get you ready! PHASE 1 – Consultation
This is a one hour session where we discuss your goals and how you are going to achieve them, we talk about your nutrition, exercise history, what has worked in the past, what hasn’t worked in the past etc. You will come out of this session knowing exactly what to expect from us, and what is expected of you to achieve your goals!
PHASE 2 – Cardio Induction
This is another 1 hour session where we teach you how our HIIT cardio sessions work. We set up your heart rate monitor and make sure that it is calibrated properly for you. You will come out of this session with the confidence of knowing exactly what to expect when you attend your first Cardio session!
PHASE 3 – Toning Induction
One more 1-hour session! This is where we teach you how our Toning sessions work. We make sure you know how to perform all of the exercises involved with proper technique. We make sure you understand the concepts and principles so that you are able to achieve your toning goals as quickly as possible!
Once you have completed the 3 phases, you will be booked in to your requested ‘permanent’ session times, and away you go!

Do you provide me with a meal plan to lose weight?
We sure do, but we go one better! We provide you with our weight loss app – BMB Bites!

No food restrictions, no counting and not a massive amount of preparation. Follow the guideline, and you are guaranteed to see results and develop a healthy, simplified relationship with food for the long term
What types of exercise do you do?
Our group sessions specialise in 2 different types of
This session involves fatigue level resistance training (squats, lunges, pushups etc.) designed to improve muscle tone, increase muscle strength and endurance, and elevate metabolism.
It is great for: weight loss, toning your muscles, increasing your metabolism, increasing your strength, improving your health and burning calories!
Maximum participants: 10
This session involves High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). We use a variety of machines designed to burn calories, improve aerobic fitness and stimulate metabolism.
It is great for: weight loss, improving you fitness, improving your health, increasing your metabolism and burning calories!
Maximum participants: 15
Do I need to be a member if I only want to do one-on-one personal training?
No ‘membership’ is required if Personal Training is all you want to do.
I have injuries. Can I still exercise with you?
This all depends on the severity of your injury. It is best to contact us to discuss whether or not our program is suitable. In most situations we are able to modify / avoid certain exercises without it disrupting your program too much but this will assessed in a case by case manner.
What is MYZONE?
MYZONE is an innovative heart rate based system that allows us to accurately monitor your physical activity in real time, as well as your progress as you improve. It completely takes the guesswork out of your workouts and ensures that we are as accurate as we can be in prescribing your exercise.
Instant feedback is sent to you via an email with an exercise summary which can also be viewed on your app. Here you are able to view current and past activity allowing us / you to accurately track your progress. Additionally, when you choose to exercise outside of the studio, all you have to do is connect your heart rate monitor to your app via Bluetooth and off you go! Once you complete your session, the data will automatically upload onto your account!
Can I come in early to warm up and stay back to cool down?
Absolutely! You are more than welcome to come in up to 30 minites before your session begins. We do encourage you to come in at least 5-10 minutes before your session begins so that you are nice and warm / stretched before we commence the session. If you feel inspired and would like to stay back after your session and do extra, you are more than welcome to do that too! Feel free to stay back up to 30 minutes after your session as well
What happens to my sessions when I go on Holiday?
When you go on holiday or if you are unable to attend your sessions for whatever reason, all you have to do is go onto your BMB app and cancel the sessions that you will be away for. These sessions will automatically be ‘banked’ and you will be able to use them before you go on holiday or when you return.
