Greg focusses on helping his clients harness the power of the mind to set goals, take action and stay motivated.

Seth combines specialist fitness knowledge with a high-energy style that keeps people engaged and focussed and actually wanting to come back to the gym.

Jessica Lenthall

Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Accountability Coach

When it comes to fitness training and nutrition Jessica Lenthall walks the walk.

Energetic and genuine, she participates in HIIT classes and monitors her weekly food plan via the BMB Bites app, so she can truly understand the people who walk through the door of Body ‘MBrace looking for motivation and support.

Jessica’s personal philosophy is train hard because you love it and eat healthy because it makes you feel good – a belief she encourages her clients to embrace.

Her passion is helping people smash their fitness goals and live life to the full.

Natasha Rabe

Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Accountability Coach

Natasha Rabe is on a mission to help make exercise and good nutrition less intimidating and more accessible for every Body ‘MBrace member.

She’s has spent more than a decade pouring over health research to learn more about how our body reacts to food and exercise and has even put the latest research to the test with her own body, taking part in a weight loss trial at UWA.

Natasha is all about keeping it real and is an advocate for the positive mental health benefits that can be delivered from exercise and healthy eating.

She has a proven track record of helping clients drop fat, gain muscle and feel fabulous.
