Seth Maserow is adamant that while diets don’t work, a combination of healthy food, education, endorphin-boosting exercise and emotional support does.
He goes above and beyond for his clients to ensure their health and fitness journey with Body ‘MBrace is unique and all encompassing.
Seth combines specialist fitness knowledge with a high-energy style that keeps people engaged and focussed and actually wanting to come back to the gym.
He knows when to push, when to listen and when to encourage and it yields amazing results.
Toula Hollingum

With over 20 years of group exercise training experience, Toula is our powerhouse instructor. Don’t let her size fool you—she’s mighty, fit, and dedicated. Passionate, caring, and tough, Toula creates an energising and inclusive atmosphere in every class. Her approach is a perfect blend of tough love and genuine care. She has an innate ability to connect with people, creating a positive and inclusive environment in her classes. Her clients not only leave feeling the burn but also with a renewed sense of accomplishment and motivation.
Outside the gym, Toula is known for her personable nature. She believes in building a community where everyone, regardless of fitness level, feels welcomed and supported. Her infectious enthusiasm is a driving force that encourages members to embrace an active lifestyle.
Natasha Rabe
Personal Trainer, Group Coach
Natasha Rabe is on a mission to help make exercise and good nutrition less intimidating and more accessible for every Body ‘MBrace member.
She’s has spent more than a decade pouring over health research to learn more about how our body reacts to food and exercise and has even put the latest research to the test with her own body, taking part in a weight loss trial at UWA.
Natasha is all about keeping it real and is an advocate for the positive mental health benefits that can be delivered from exercise and healthy eating.
She has a proven track record of helping clients drop fat, gain muscle and feel fabulous.
Christine Cosmo
Personal Trainer and Group Coach
Christine joined Body MBrace as a member in 2014 after being diagnosed with low bone density. She knew something needed to be done for her health as she was also overweight and not exercising. As the weeks went by, her weight began to drop, her strength started to increase, but most importantly, she had ignited her passion for health and fitness.
Fast forward 6 years and Christine decided that she wanted to help people who were in the same position as she was before she walked through the doors at BMB. Christine’s background as a member of the health and fitness industry is a rare one. Most trainers / instructors in the industry have never experienced what it is like to be unfit, unhealthy and overweight. This is Christine’s superpower. She is someone who has been on both sides of the fence which gives her insight that most trainers / instructors will never be privy to.
Christine is proof that if you put your mind to something, you can achieve your goals and dreams.

Tia has been coaching, instructing, and training individuals of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds in the health, fitness, and sports industry for over 18 years.
Excelling in both team and individual sports from a young age, she competed at both state and national levels.
Tia also trained, instructed, and competed in various martial arts at both amateur and professional levels for 26 years.
Her greatest satisfaction comes from helping, motivating, and guiding people to achieve their health and fitness goals.
Tia is passionate about building long-lasting relationships with her clients, who often become like friends and family.
She believes that being active and healthy is a way of life that leads to greater happiness and longevity.
