I LOST 21KG’S AND KEPT IT OFF
Before joining Body MBrace I was eating a lot of uber eats and not exercising very much. It got to a point where I didn’t like the way I looked in photos and I didn’t like the way I felt. I was avoiding going out and I just wanted a life change. Once I joined BMB I haven’t looked back. The way I achieved my goal was through consistency with my food and exercise I’ve followed other food plans and other gym programs before and they’ve always been so restrictive and unenjoyable. Now I’m eating 5-6 meals a day, exercising 3-4 times a week and I’ve lost 21 kg’s! By following BMB Bites for my food and being motivated and pushed by the trainers at Body MBrace for my exercise, my life has changed. Thank you guys!
