So I jumped at the chance to do the six-week intensive and it was the best decision I ever made. I regained control my eating, of my grazing and snacking and of my body, which was wonderful… Hi, I’m Thomo. I’m here to talk about my six-week intensive. I’ve been at Body MBrace since August and I love coming three times a week, but I wasn’t getting the results that my body deserved. So I jumped at the chance to do the six-week intensive and it was the best decision I ever made. I regained control my eating, of my grazing and snacking and of my body, which was wonderful. I really enjoyed the simple food that was available but also the variety. My goals for the Intensive where to cut down on alcohol and to stop the glazing and mindless snacking that goes with having a glass of wine or two. Within the first week I was a changed person. My achievements within the six week intensive were that I lost a lot of weight for my body size, which I was very pleased about. But I also got back the control for me. So overall I learned to love my body again and to be consistent. That was a big, big part of it is the consistency and also the accountability. I didn’t want to tell Seth and Greg that I was having a glass of wine, so I just didn’t do it. And going with that everything that you put in your mouth, you logged so that you are accountable for everything that you did. The exercise is easy, always is. I love coming to Body MBrace and the fact that it was unlimited was even better. Would I recommend the sixth week intensive? Absolutely do give your body a chance, give your mind the chance to do it and enjoy it. It was really good fun, and I’m still doing it because and I got so much from it.
