The Blame Game

We have heard it all. But the fact of the matter is..... if you keep finding things to blame, you’re never going to change. You’re never going to accept responsibility for your decisions. At the end of the day, you have COMPLETE control of your two hands that bring food to your mouth. You have complete control of the two legs that walk you through the gym doors.

Metabolism, hormones..... the boys panic when they hear this one 😆. The BMB girls can attest to the fact that once you have a consistent, nourishing diet without crappy choices, munching, binging and yo-yo-ing, your hormones and metabolism stabilize significantly. Hormones, period, metabolic damage.... they are simply not an excuse. These fluctuations are not significant enough to pack on a large amount of weight. Its scientifically impossible. Yes, women might want a chocolate during PMS or perhaps they’ll retain a bit of water. The 50 calorie piece of chocolate or half a kilo of water retention is certainly not what’s holding you back. At the end of the day, you are a human being that is in control of your two hands, not your estrogen.

There’s only ONE WAY 30, 40, 50 kilos pack on. Only one way, guys. We’ve all been doing this for long enough to know exactly what happens. You have to accept responsibility for that, and make the initiative to change. The blame game will leave you stagnant with no hope for lifestyle overhaul.

Take your life back into control. You only get one body, treat it with the love and respect it deserves!!! 🙌
