  Our names are Greg and Seth Maserow. We are brothers who have been working closely together as an exercise physiologist and personal trainers in the health and fitness industry for over 18 years combined. Our passion is about improving the health, fitness and lifestyle of our fellow community members. We design our personalised care around your health and fitness needs. Through ongoing support, education and motivation we ensure that you reach your goals. Our boutique style setup promises individualised attention that is often lost in larger gyms. We promise you a friendly, warm, family like atmosphere in which the results you desire, you will achieve. We acknowledge that many people don’t love to exercise, or exist on a lemon detox diet. Our goal is to make the process of getting into shape a realistic, productive, rewarding, fun and enjoyable one; not a chore. Our mission is to help you create life-long change; not to just get in shape for an event. Our typical client seeks our services for education, direction, organisation, structure and motivation. Too many people wander around gymnasiums doing what they think is right and whilst they might be doing the things right, it might not be the right thing for them. We will ensure that you use the time that you dedicate to your health and fitness as efficiently and effectively as possible by making sure you are doing what is right specifically for you and what you want to achieve!
