I AM FITTER AND HEALTHIER THAN I HAVE EVER BEEN!

I had heard about BMB through friends that were attending and seeing some awesome results. I had to find out exactly what was going on. So joined. I needed early morning classes and the guys and girls accommodated perfectly for me. The best part was; I instantaneously felt a part of a family. My goal was to lose a few kg’s but most importantly feel good about myself again!

Now its been 8 months and I’m fitter, healthier and I’ve managed to drop a great amount of weight that I didn’t think possible. But with the support shown and given by the BMB team, it easy to achieve.
