What each class involves
Toning: fatigue level resistance training designed to improve muscle tone, increase muscle strength and endurance, and elevate metabolism
Cardio: Interval style cardio training using a variety of machines designed to burn calories, improve aerobic fitness and stimulate metabolism
Boxing: An interactive boxercise session combining boxing with muscular endurance and aerobic exercise.
